High Hopes Challenge 38: Dots

I found myself with a bit of time to "just play" this week...I'm way ahead on all my DT assignments for once...so I decided to check out some of the challenges I don't get to play very often. This week's High Hopes Challenge was Lots of Dots. I couldn't decide which bunny I wanted to use, so when I found a large scrap of this dotty paper, I decided to use it up and make one of each!
I'm not 100% happy with the laout of the bottom card. I do however really like Orchid Opulence with the new Rich Razzelberry color.

He's Got High Hopes

When I saw this ant on the High Hopes web site a few months back I near FREAKED OUT! My sister and I have a history with the High Hopes ant & song... when we were kids we used to have to share a room when sleeping at my grandmothers and one night we got to giggling over this song so hard and long that we got in trouble :) Lucky for me, this stamp was a new release coming out and I just got it the other day! And they've come out with some other ants that I'll have to get soon too.

So now that I have a few (well, I couldn't buy just one stamp, now could I?) High Hopes stamps, I'm going to participate in their weekly challenges. This week we were to create a card for the guys... so I chose guy-like colors, but I'll probably send this one to my sister :) I seriously need to practice my watercoloring, tho... I didn't get the shading quite like I'd hoped.
