New Stamps Sets from the Upcoming Catalogue!

My pre-order from the Fall & Winter catalogue arrived yesterday. Let me just say that the new in colors are TO DIE FOR...I wasn't thrilled with them in the previews on the computer, but now that I see them in person...WOW! Beautiful!

Plentiful Piercing

On my last trip to Carousel Rubber Stamps I picked up an Ornare Paper Piercing Template...I'd been wanting one for quite a while so I finally bit the bullet. Here's my first attemp... It took about 10 minutes to do all the piercing. The flower is from Prima, the bling from Imaginisce and the scallop border punch is Martha Stewart. The piercing is kind of hard to see...but it's the swirly pattern all over the card.

Card Kit

This first card is a sample from a card kit I received last week from a fellow SCSer. I don't know what stamp it is yet, but isn't it beautiful? And such a simple card...could be done in other colors for Christmas, or birthday...or even Valentine's Day.

This is another kit I received from yet another SCS friend. What a cute card for a summer celebration or get together. She even sent me the bright green envelopes to go with it!
